1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE OVERVIEW

CholesterX offers a subscription service for our cholesterol support supplement (60-count bottles, 30-day supply) exclusively to customers within the United States. By enrolling in our subscription service, you agree to be bound by this Subscription Policy, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND PRICING

Standard Subscription:

  • Regular Price: $49.00 per bottle
  • Subscription Discount: 30% off regular price
  • Subscription Price: $34.30 per bottle
  • Billing Frequency: Every 30 days

3. BILLING AND PAYMENT

4. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Most account modifications can be made through the Recharge customer portal
  • You may update payment methods, shipping addresses, and view order history online

Modifications:

  • Subscription modifications must be made through your online account portal
  • Changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Requirements:

  • Cancellations must be processed through cholesterx.com/account
  • You must cancel at least 2 calendar days before your next scheduled billing date
  • Example: If your next charge is scheduled for June 19, 2025, you must cancel by June 17, 2025
  • Cancellations received after the deadline will take effect for the following billing cycle
  • Once cancelled, you will continue to receive products through the end of your current billing period

Effect of Cancellation:

  • No further charges will be processed after successful cancellation
  • Any unused account credits will be forfeited upon cancellation
  • You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to effective cancellation date

  • Modify pricing, terms, conditions, or product offerings at any time
  • Refuse service to any individual or entity for any reason
  • Investigate and take appropriate action regarding suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Withhold refunds, credits, or shipments pending investigation of account irregularities
  • Modify or discontinue the subscription service entirely without liability
  • Implement additional verification, security, or anti-fraud measures as deemed necessary
  • Change shipping methods, carriers, or geographical restrictions
  • Alter billing practices, payment processing, or collection procedures
  • Interpret these terms and conditions in any manner consistent with applicable law

Risk Mitigation: We reserve all rights available at law and equity to protect our business interests, including but not limited to seeking monetary damages, injunctive relief, and attorney's fees for any violations of this agreement or harm to our business.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATURAL REVOLUTION LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this subscription service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and Delaware law shall govern. Customer waives any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO POLICY

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Subscription Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Natural Revolution LLC regarding the subscription service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
