1. POLICY OVERVIEW
Natural Revolution LLC d/b/a CholesterX ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Return and Refund Policy to establish the terms and conditions governing product returns, refunds, and related procedures. This policy applies to all purchases made through CholesterX.com and constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and Company.
2. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- We offer a ninety (90) day money-back guarantee from the date of original purchase
- Guarantee applies to the purchase price of the product only
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of Company error or defective products
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to Company error or product defect
Guarantee Limitations:
- Limit of one (1) money-back guarantee per customer, per household, and per billing address
- Guarantee applies only to first-time purchasers of each product
- Guarantee limited to quantity of one (1) unit per product type regardless of quantity purchased
- Subsequent purchases of the same product by the same customer are not eligible for money-back guarantee
- Digital receipts, order confirmations, or proof of purchase may be required
3. RETURN PROCEDURES
Mandatory Return Authorization:
- All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting support@cholesterx.com
- Return authorization must be obtained within the 90-day guarantee period
- Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at customer's expense
- Original order number must be clearly marked on the package

Return Requirements:
- Products must be returned in original packaging when possible
- Include copy of purchase receipt or order confirmation
- Clearly display order number on package exterior (can be found in email receipt)
- Use trackable shipping method (recommended but not required)
- Customer assumes all risk of loss during return shipment
4. REFUND PROCESSING
Processing Timeline:
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection at our facility
- Refund amount determined after physical inspection of returned products
- Processing may be delayed for incomplete returns or during high-volume periods
Refund Method:
- Refunds issued to original payment method used for purchase
- Credit card refunds may take additional 3-7 business days to appear on statement
- If original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made at our discretion
Refund Calculations:
- Refund amount equals purchase price paid, minus any applicable restocking fees
- Promotional discounts, coupon savings, and free shipping offers may affect refund calculations
- Account credits, loyalty points, or promotional benefits may be deducted from refund amount
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Products returned after 90-day guarantee period
- Products damaged by customer misuse, negligence, or normal wear
- Opened products showing evidence of consumption beyond reasonable trial use
- Products returned without proper authorization
- Products with damaged, altered, or missing labels
- Items purchased with fraudulent payment methods
6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Company Responsibility:
- We will replace or refund products damaged during shipping at no cost to customer
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded including return shipping costs
- Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 90 days of delivery
Required Documentation:
- Photographic evidence of damage or defect may be required
- Original packaging and all contents must be retained for inspection
- Detailed description of defect or damage must be provided
7. RESTOCKING AND PROCESSING FEES
Discretionary Fees:
- Company reserves the right to assess restocking fees up to 25% of purchase price
- Processing fees may apply to cover administrative costs of return handling
- Fees may be assessed for returns not in original condition
- No fees will be charged for Company error or defective products
8. SUBSCRIPTION RETURNS
Special Provisions for Subscription Customers:
- Each subscription shipment is subject to the 90-day guarantee from its individual ship date
- Returns of subscription products do not automatically cancel future shipments
- Subscription cancellation must be processed separately through customer account portal
- Multiple subscription returns may result in subscription termination at Company discretion
9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
No International Returns:
- Returns are NOT accepted from international customers under any circumstances
- All international sales are final
- International customers acknowledge that products cannot be returned for refund or exchange
- This limitation applies regardless of product condition, defects, or other circumstances
- International customers waive any right to return products or seek refunds through any means
10. COMPANY RIGHTS AND DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY
Comprehensive Rights Reserved: Natural Revolution LLC reserves the absolute right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to:
- Accept or reject any return for any reason or no reason
- Modify return procedures, timelines, or requirements at any time
- Assess the condition and eligibility of returned products using any criteria deemed appropriate
- Deny refunds for suspected fraudulent, abusive, or bad faith returns
- Require additional documentation, verification, or proof of purchase
- Limit the number of returns accepted from any customer or address
- Ban customers from future purchases for return policy abuse
- Pursue legal remedies for fraudulent returns or chargebacks
- Modify refund amounts based on product condition, missing components, or policy violations
- Implement additional security measures or return restrictions as deemed necessary
- Refuse returns that do not comply strictly with all policy requirements
- Charge additional fees for returns that require special handling or processing
Abuse Prevention: We actively monitor return patterns and reserve all rights to prevent return policy abuse, including but not limited to:
- Tracking return frequency and amounts by customer, address, and payment method
- Investigating suspicious return activity and sharing information with relevant authorities
- Implementing account restrictions or blacklisting for policy violations
- Recovering costs associated with fraudulent or abusive returns through legal means
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Maximum Liability Cap: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY RETURN-RELATED CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) BEING RETURNED. COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
Risk Allocation: Customer assumes all risks associated with product returns, including but not limited to shipping damage, loss in transit, processing delays, and payment method limitations.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes arising from returns, refunds, or this policy shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and Delaware law shall govern all proceedings.
Class Action Waiver: Customer waives any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, or any other collective legal proceedings relating to returns or refunds.
13. HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLAIMERS
Product Safety:
- Returned products cannot be resold and will be destroyed for health and safety reasons
- Do not return products that have been contaminated or exposed to unsanitary conditions
- We are not responsible for any health consequences resulting from product use prior to return
14. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Amendment Rights: Company reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any policy modifications.
Grandfathering: Returns initiated before policy changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase, unless new terms are more favorable to the customer.

Severability: If any provision of this policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Enforcement: Company may enforce this policy through any legal means available, including seeking monetary damages, injunctive relief, and attorney's fees for policy violations.
